Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery date, less a 10% restock fee - return shipping is paid at buyer's expense.

Earrings can not be returned.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

While we are firmly committed to a quick and efficient delivery experience, delivery times are estimated.

Each piece is made to order and will take 2 - 5 business days to make and ship. Please reach out to discuss options for expediting your order if it's needed quickly. 

We are not responsible for misdelivery resulting from inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer.
